Juliet was a woman with many passions including being a loving wife, dedicated mother, and a talented chef with boundless creativity. She spent her life providing care and comfort as a dedicated nursing professional.
Jule, a rare and precious Jewel is exactly what she was. Her laughter and beautiful heart radiated light into every room where she entered. Her wittiness and unmatched sense of humor was infectious. She was a hard worker who did not give up at any cost. Jule was feisty, fun, tenacious and at times intimidating. She was a brave and mighty warrior who fought the hardest battle as she courageously fought a good fight against cancer for 10 years.
Juliet loved to entertain and you could always find her in any kitchen behind the stove whipping up the best meal you would ever have. If you knew her, you would know she was the life of every event. She lived life on her own terms and was unapologetic about it.
13 years ago, Juliet met the love of her life Michael Dawkins whom she wed on February 1, 2017. Michael and Jule spent years travelling, entertaining, dining, and shopping. They shared a special bond and endured more than most marriages. Michael remained by her side until the very end, watching daily as his precious wife Jule transitioned.
One of Juliet’s greatest achievement was being a mother and she accomplished that in her first marriage to her children’s father Ian Nicholas Sr. She was extremely proud when her children succeeded and would boast about them to any listening ear. She celebrated all their achievements while encouraging and pushing them to overcome all challenges and adversities.
Her life, memories, laughter and willingness to help others will be fondly remembered and cherished by her parents, husband, children; Ian & Gabrielle Nicholas, grandchildren; Alex, Leilani, Caleb & Liam, 4 siblings, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
